Refund & Return Policy

This page explains how refunds work for HerTide Health consultations, memberships, and the compounded medications prescribed through the platform. It reflects the refund terms in our Terms of Service. We may update this policy from time to time, and the effective date above reflects the current version.

Consultation and membership fees

Consultation and membership fees pay for a licensed physician's time and clinical evaluation, not for a guaranteed prescription. Because the physician performs the evaluation regardless of the outcome, these fees are non-refundable once the review has taken place, except where required by law.

Subscriptions and cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges and future shipments. Amounts already charged for a shipment that has been compounded or dispatched are handled under the compounded medications section below.

Compounded medications

Compounded medications are prepared specifically for you by BoomRx, a licensed pharmacy, pursuant to an individual prescription. For patient-safety reasons they cannot be returned, reused, or resold, so fees for medications that have already been compounded, shipped, or dispensed are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the order was defective or incorrect, as described below.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what was prescribed, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right, typically by arranging a replacement at no additional cost. Do not use a product you believe is damaged or incorrect. Cold-chain shipments that arrive outside their required temperature range are covered here, please keep the packaging and contact us before use.

How to request a refund or replacement

Email support@hertide.expand.health with your order details and what went wrong. We review every request individually and will respond with the next steps.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where required, notify you.
